*About this job* We are looking for a highly experienced and accomplished sales management professional.

This position will have responsibility for managing, developing and motivating a growing sales team in the US.

The candidate will have a command of sales management and a proven track record of growing sales for a technology-enabled service provider to the rapidly changing Insurance industry.

*Core Duties* *Sales Management*: manage the Sales team toward the achievement of both team and individual goals.

This will be done via setting clear annual sales quotas that align with company goals and through a structured sales process that tracks and reports on progress-against-plan.

Ensure each sales person has a healthy pipeline that is sufficient to drive attainment of sales goals.

*Sales Forecasting & Attainment*: using our CRM and other tools, establish and manage a sales forecast process that provides visibility and information to ensure achievement of growth objectives.

Sales forecasting and sales metrics will be highly visible via dashboards and associated reports from our CRM.

*Sales Coverage Models*: establish sales assignments/market coverage, organization structure and associated quotas based upon our market segmentation.

*Sales Process*: establish and evolve a disciplined sales process and methodology that brings continual consistency, predictability and efficiencies to the Sale Process.

*Salesforce Automation & Training*: continually delivery sales force automation tools and processes for the sales team that drive efficiencies and productivity.

Establish an on-going sales training program that continually trains the sales team on Patra services and insurance industry topics.

*Sales Compensation Programs*: evolve, enhance and manage the existing sales compensation program to ensure we are promoting the correct behavior and associated results.

The Sales compensation program is quota based and is tied to annual company business plan
– and contains several weighted line-items.

Sales compensation program will contain appropriate and thorough terms and conditions and managed on an annual basis.

*Minimum Requirements
– Education and Experience* * 20+ years of sales and sales management experience * Selling services and/or technology enabled services to the Insurance industry * Bachelor’s degree with an MBA desired *Knowledge, Skills, Abilities* * proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
