As a Senior SAP Training Consultant at Clarkston, you will:
• Support the training solutions development process
• Develop module content, materials and media based on detailed design specifications
• Develop and edit content to support the overall learning goals and objectives
• Review deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency with the detailed design
• Review and revise content based on feedback from client or stakeholders
• Participate in course test activities such as cycle testing using test scripts or instructions
• Identify and shape opportunities to provide or create additional client value
• Provide leadership to junior human capital practitioners and client personnel assigned to projects

What We’re Looking For
• A minimum of seven (7) years prior SAP Training consulting or equivalent industry experience
• Two (2) years of team lead experience directing small project teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
• Minimum degree requirement: Bachelor’s in Business, Psychology, Communications or equivalent discipline
Travel is an integral part of this role and is estimated to average 50-75% and may vary based upon client and project needs.
While travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19 restrictions, all non-essential travel has been limited and any on-site requests are subject to review.
