Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic, customer focused, and team oriented senior relationship manager. The position requires a high level of understanding of the interrelationships of multiple customer departments and committees with potential and existing customers. Ideally, we would like the individual to have 10+ years of healthcare sales experience with direct contacts with their current customer base. The individual must have a track record of consistently selling into key IDN’s and other healthcare organizations. The individual must have a trusted advisor status within the client relationships they hold today. The individual would have relationships with but not limited to C-Suite, CNO, infection control, Safety, Purchasing, pharmacy, lab. EVS, etc. 
Role Overview
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for introductions and establishment of new relationships for Daniels Health. These relationships will after successful acquisition of new business transition across into ongoing relationship management. In addition, you will partner with Senior Sales Management on new opportunities created from within your client network. In addition, you will lead and oversee the discussions in every area of the client relationship including senior level client meetings, strategy planning, annual and quarterly update meetings, and also complete due diligence on client future strategy. In this role, you will continue to expand on a developing product/industry knowledge to maximize efforts in utilizing your existing network to create opportunities within Daniels Health. Lastly, you will also work to identify new business opportunities within existing and new client relationships. This would be in partnership with the local and national business development teams.

Responsibilities

  •  Achieve and manage quotas for the specific market area of responsibility.
  • Build a customer acquisition strategy utilizing existing healthcare relationships.
  • Utilize pipeline management within Salesforce.com to ensure sales plans are met and all opportunities are recorded in Salesforce.com.
  • Constantly review all sales activities, targets, and strategies in order to maximize results.
  • Ensure customer needs are effectively met and build productive customer relationships.
  • Be accountable for customer satisfaction for accounts won and accounts being worked on
  • Develop tactics and strategies to create long-term commitments with key current and potential customers.
  • Support National Managers and Local Management to open doors, create meetings, schedule presentations, utilizing personal client network.
  • Support the customer relationship during and after the sales process. Maintaining trusted advisor status. 

Requirements

  • BS, BA Four Year Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years experience selling to medical professionals, hospitals, and IDN’s.
  • Must be able to professionally present the features, advantages, and clinical benefits of all our products and services and to compare their performance with competitive products.
  • Solution based selling experience.
  • Open door’s and facilitate meetings with new prospects that Daniels does not currently service today.
