You’ll be the first product marketer at eVisit working with product, marketing & sales to ensure a consistent message that resonates with our customers.
You’ll work closely with Product to help define market opportunities to further improve eVisit’s differentiation. You’ll help the product team to message to current customers the value they can achieve with new features to drive adoption and renewal.
You’ll work closely with Marketing to test messaging that employs our differentiators to increase awareness in the market and better lead generation.
You will work closely with Sales to strategize, develop and drive programs, content and tactics that tell the eVisit story, show value to our customers and prospects, and ultimately help acquire new customers.
Finally, you keep a close eye on the competitive landscape and the market in general, and are able to leverage our CI tools, as well as the eVisit platform itself, to always be ahead of the game when it comes to market or technology trends.This is for someone who can go deep into the Revenue Intelligence trends and into our eVisit product, and will work with sales, partnerships and customers every day
Responsiblites:
- Own all aspects of product marketing for our upmarket segment at eVisit by supporting our GTM activities, collateral creation (decks, sales materials), marketing events and product discussions
- Create amazing product demos for our own keynotes and for industry events – from storyboarding to working with Product on the right dataset and delivering a compelling narrative that our event audience will always remember
- Support our competitive intelligence initiatives by tracking changes in competitive landscape, and providing more guidance to PM team and GTM team on how our changing product and landscape changes our competitive position
- Develop a deep understanding of our target market, including buyer personas, key uses cases, and customer needs. Help our sales team by supporting big strategic deals and delivering top quality sales assets across a variety of mediums (decks, one-pagers, videos, internal tear sheets or scripts, etc.)
- Work with the product team to prototype and test new value propositions with prospective buyers to inform new roadmap initiatives
- Create programs to drive adoption of new features among our current customer base – including owning release communication and strategy
- Work closely with the Demand Generation team on marketing campaigns to drive pipeline
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably with 10+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
- Track record with a modern marketing mix; has presented to large groups including sales; is a confident communicator
- Highly cross-functional, with the ability to partner with different teams across the company
- Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Stand out verbal and written communication skills
- Previous start-up experience is a huge plus
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
- A previous technical product marketing or pre-sales experience would be welcomed
- You have a BA or BS degree; MBA a plus
