We are looking for an enthusiastic marketer to join our team and help promote the Nativo’s brand and drive awareness and adoption of our offers for brand advertisers, ad agencies, digital media companies, publishers and commerce companies. With functions covering our Brand Content Solutions and Enterprise Ad Platform businesses, research, insights, creative, brand marketing, content, public relations, marketing operations and more, the Marketing team enables and activates initiatives across the entire ad tech ecosystem.

You are passionate about Marketing and all of its different facets spanning all of the 7Ps. You have Pinterest boards for client swag and gift ideas. You get a thrill from managing hundreds of details that no one else knows about, wrangling internal and external stakeholders, strategizing themes that connect to business goals, and ensuring the success of your projects.

What You’ll Do

* Own the successful execution and delivery of all projects for your business line, in a variety of assignments (social, content, collateral, PR, etc.).
* Develop and own accurate project documentation, including timelines and scoping documents.
* Think creatively about how to meet the objectives for different marketing projects, campaigns and initiatives—don’t be afraid to break with traditional marketing norms
* Be an internal champion with the internal sales and operational teams to brief and prepare for project execution.
* Conduct post-project tracking and ROI analysis to help measure the company’s marketing initiatives and to improve future performance.
* Utilize data and insights to increase efficiencies and bring new practices/projects to the team.

What You’ll Need

* At least 3-8 years of marketing experience at a digital media company or agency preferred.
* Ability to delegate marketing projects and help guide junior team members
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies or related field preferred.
* Fundamental marketing chops supported by business and data acumen. Familiarity with the AdTech space is strongly preferred.
* Excellent project management/coordinating skills are essential as is the ability to define, conceptualize and execute a successful project with marketing goals in mind.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills; Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) experience a plus.
