We are hiring a Senior Manager, Paid Acquisition to join our marketing team in the US!

Our offices are in NYC, Houston, and Los Angeles.

This person can work from any office or remotely based in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, California, or Washington.

Manage a talented team of other paid-specialists and 3rd parties such as performance agencies
Be a superstar in charge of increasing the website traffic generating new sales qualified leads.

You will work closely with the sales teams to ensure marketing activity and sales goals are aligned.

Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments , develop campaign strategy , and drive execution of the campaign through to completion.

Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads and sales qualified leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.

Control the B2B paid-acquisition budget having the cost per lead as one of the main drivers
Manage Paid advertising through search and social channels, run growth experiments: monitor, analyze and report KPIs, continuously testing and optimizing channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy to maximize immediate and long-term ROI.

Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach B2B customers and increase relevance of our communication, investigating, testing and tracking new channels using paid solutions.

Have fun as part of a multidisciplinary collaborative team of people who live our core values.

6+ years of hands-on digital experience driving B2B acquisition with campaigns across Growth Experiments, CRM, Paid Social and Search.

Be an excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to drive all decisions and finish all tests
Experience in building a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy from scratch , applying strategies of non traditional creative solutions , funnel optimization and growth
Proven success managing Online Marketing and CPC, CPA, and CPM cost models on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin + a organic acquisition, including SEO.

Strong analytical skills for robust data driven decision making with experience in distilling volumes of data into simple KPIs and tracking, telling stories using data.

Good writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills).

Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done and hands-on mindset.

Passion for changes and flexibility to adapt yourself easily to new scenarios.

Bonus skills: Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certification or equivalent experience (Marketo, Eloqua etc), Google Analytics, Adwords Certified
