WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:

As a Senior Management Consultant you will get the opportunity to apply your wealth of experience and insight in leading complex business and technology initiatives for top-tier customers in our global life sciences practice.

You will have the opportunity to serve as a customer leader, leading and growing our most strategic customers in the life sciences space.

Leverage your life sciences subject matter expertise to serve as an external and internal facing customer leader and expertise-based consultant.

Lead, grow and advise customer engagements within the life sciences industry across our markets (up to 80% travel)

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:

A minimum of 12 years of demonstrated success as a leader of complex business or technology initiatives, preferably in a consulting environment in the Life Sciences industry

Existing relationships at Life Sciences companies (Pharma, BioTech, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, etc.) with a focus on Director relationships or higher

Applied expertise in large Pharmaceutical companies at various stages in the product lifecycle
– R&D, pre-commercial, commercial acceleration

Breadth of business experience in a regulated, scientific environment including working knowledge of: R&D, sales/marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and technology

Led projects/programs in one or more of the following areas in the Life Sciences industry: regulatory market feasibility, commercial readiness, product launch, market access, commercial technologies, supply management, manufacturing, or inspection readiness

Demonstrated results working with clients to drive key people, business, or technology initiatives

Demonstrated experience in growing a book of business at a key client

Working knowledge of key regulatory requirements and agencies

Earned a B.A.

or B.S.

degree and preferably an MBA
