Senior Director, Integrated Business Planning

The Integrated Business Planning Sr.

Director is responsible for the End to End (E2E) Planning organization that optimizes a supply plan to maximize service rates, minimizes operational costs, and minimizes working capital for ABH.

This includes but is not limited to:

Leads the S&OP process for ABH

Leads Demand Planning for ABH

Leads team that plans the required finished goods from co-packing locations to support service goals

Plans the contract manufacturers input materials as needed, including the buying of raw and pack materials to support service goals

Manages the Life Cycle Management program at ABH

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for achieving business objectives including delivery, product growth, and product diversity

Establish and maintain direct customer relationships for a product line with Contract Manufacturers

Establish and maintain cost competitiveness versus domestic and international suppliers (cost of box)

Lead projects to identify, research, and execute cost savings, recommend product improvements, and support new product opportunities

Conduct business analyses, recommend solutions, and implement initiatives

Manage SKU’s from creation to rationalization

Responsible for planning the supply chain and fulfilling orders for ~$400MM of the business

Establish and maintain working capital, case fill, and line fill objectives related to product availability

Lead the centralized master planning organization

Create and maintain statistical safety stock levels and system parameters to sustain profitable business

Manage the production planning process to achieve optimal resource allocation and cost containment

Support process to determine sourcing strategy for all products

Own the finished goods inventory levels

Lead the Excess and Obsolescence process

Responsible for capacity planning and expansion/contraction as needed for one area of the business

Create and dynamically adjust monthly, annual, and long term volume forecasts via the S&OP process

Provide strategic direction for the effective use of capacity

Participate in evaluating feasibility of all new business opportunities

Define and implement fulfillment plans for new business opportunities

Requirements:

10+ years in planning, distribution, and/or logistics, preferably in CPG industry

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, preferably Master’s Degree

Excellent communication skills, team member can work collaboratively with colleagues across all functions

Experience working with hierarchy

Global business experience a plus

Excellent analytical, presentation and writing skills

Proven leadership skills including experience building/leading high performing teams
