Senior Director – B2B Marketing

As a Senior Director – B2B Marketing , you will work under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer, and collaborate with others to drive Tillster’s B2B and B2B2C corporate programs; overall corporate brand visibility and self-promotion; lead generation; and, other marketing strategy and management.

Your ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps will drive B2B and B2B2C marketing strategy, innovation and execution.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, UX & Visual Design, Data Science & Analytics; Technology and Technical Operations, fellow Marketing colleagues, and the executive leadership team, as well as engage with global leaders and brands in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Fast Casual Dining (FCD) industries.

You, along with all members of the Marketing team, are responsible for: (a) representing and growing the Tillster brand globally; and, enabling digital products and services marketing with a focus on driving revenue for the customer and Tillster.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies that ensure customer base growth with profitable returns, and prove the Company value proposition.
  • Produce high impact B2B demand gen and lead gen programs (funnels, campaigns, salesforce integration).
  • Present effectively to brand partners and quickly build trust in Tillster’s stewardship of their brand; concurrently exhibit thoughtful expertise coupled with a high degree of responsiveness.
  • Work with Business Development, Sales, Account Management and other key executives to develop and drive robust lead generation programs.

    Create and maintain comprehensive metrics and reports for lead generation marketing campaigns, campaign efficiency and insights on future optimizations.

  • Manage program launches, online marketing programs, and print marketing programs.
  • Create strategy to increase E-commerce activity from a variety of online channels in order to expand market share.
  • Utilize analytics to actively monitor site activity, assessment and shape programs on an ongoing basis, and drive strategic marketing decisions.
  • Develop, plan, execute and analyze all direct marketing campaigns, including not limited to landing pages, sponsorship content, acquisition and retention emails and the like; use previous successes in pay per click, email marketing, website development, and partnership development.
  • Develop and maintain customer loyalty programs.
  • Participate as a strategic partner in the development of the company’s long-term plans functionally and organizationally.
  • Share knowledge and use previous successes to grow the company’s understanding of Marketing and the integral part it plays in building/scaling a company of size and becoming a market leader.
  • Coach and mentor other Marketing professionals.
  • Other duties as required or directed.
