This role is located in TEMECULA, CA (an hour away from San Diego, 30 minutes from Carlsbad, CA)
Seeking a polished Restaurant General Manager for a high end Michelin inspired restaurant inside of a Forbes 4 diamond rated Casino in Temecula CA. The restaurant is by invitation only, offering a-la-carte and chef tasting menu. Dinner only. Average nightly cover 60-80 covers with an average check at $200 per person+.
Salary range: $95-115K + Full time benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K)
Location: Temecula, CA
Relocation assistance available depending on experience
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years managing Michelin level, upscale or Fine Dining restaurant experience at floor manager or AGM level
- Wine knowledge would be a huge plus
- Would consider a strong captain at a current Michelin rated restaurant
