CohnReznick has an exciting career opportunity in the Enterprise Technology Solutions team for a Technology Business Analyst – Senior Consultant who can become an integral part of our team to assist in the delivery of many digital and business transformation projects. This position can be based in one of our offices or virtual.
Overview:
CohnReznick’s Technology and Data practice helps middle market and growth companies fully leverage enabling technology to drive business efficiencies. As a Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to be a part of CohnReznick’s most dynamic and growing practice, rotating cross-functionally throughout Advisory, Strategy, Business Applications (ERP, Accounting, Operations Systems), Data Analytics and Process Transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Work with CohnReznick clients’ business users to identify, map and document key business requirements in support of client project goals/initiatives.
- Offer strategic insights and process improvement opportunities that optimize project delivery based on business outcomes and / or the traditional project levers of timelines, cost and scope.
- Work with CohnReznick clients, manage overall coordination of client IT projects, from planning through implementation.
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Align with project scope, priorities, deadlines and deliverable schedules.
- Work closely with clients and staff to execute project vision and project risk assessments.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Develop analysis, work products, presentations and various other deliverables.
- Communicate project updates, such as status, risks, issues, and escalations.
Experience:
- 3 + years of experience with a consulting company or in an internal consulting role (e.g., analyst, project manager) participating in large scale, complex technology projects that are specific to ERP, digital transformation, business transformation, data migration, analytics, etc.
- Manufacturing industry experience and familiarity with process industries is a plus. An interest in process industries is preferred; food & beverage, cannabis, chemicals, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, and experience in consumer package goods, retail, wholesale distribution would be a bonus.
- Industry experience with business process improvement and functional expertise in a process domain (e.g., financial planning and analysis, procure to pay, order to cash, plan to produce, etc.)Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate with business and IT partners of all levels; sensitivity and understanding required for successful cultural relations.
