tt* Booking and servicing catering events (filmings/entertainment, social, corporate, weddings)
tt* Temporarily assist in servicing groups
tt* Prospecting
tt* Handling inquires
tt* Creating proposals and contracts
tt* Creating BEO’s and assisting with menu selection.
tt* Idea generation and creation of various catering promotions

tYour experience and skills include:

t
tt* Three years experience in hotel / catering sales
tt* Delphi
tt* Microsoft Office Suite
tt* Excellent time-management/multitasking skills, organizational skills, detailed oriented, and service-oriented
