The OpportunityIn an effort to better serve our 47+ million registered hourly workers and over 450,000 employer locations, Snagajob is looking for a Sales Training and Enablement Manager. If you’re someone who has a passion for sales methodologies, leading the strategy and execution of sales enablement, and supporting teams to operate at peak productivity, then this role is for you!This role will join our People team, and will drive sales efficiency and performance through enablement projects, training, and coaching. You’ll leverage your own sales experience to identify capability needs alongside cross-functional stakeholders, and then you’ll design and deliver programs that ultimately help reps close more deals. You’ll have the opportunity to combine a passion for leadership, developing talent, and sales, to make an impact on our reps and our business. Most importantly, we need a leader who can take the 50,000 foot view, but who can also dig into the numbers and deliver training.
