Elysian Staffing, a creative staffing agency, is looking for a Senior Account Manager for a boutique design agency client of theirs that focuses on brand identity, visual design and strategy for CPG brands. This full-time role is located in Los Angeles, but they are looking to relocate an account professional with relative experience.
Overview of Position:
The Senior Account Manager/Account Director oversees all aspects of the creative project using planning, monitoring, budgeting and client communication skills. The Account Manager is responsible for completion of the project on time, on budget and on spec.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the project with design and production, freelancers, service vendors, and clients
- Foster relationships between the agency and its clients
- Manage daily client communication
- Work with the production team to optimize efficiency
- Develop project proposals for existing and new clients
- Act as Account Manager for one large or multiple smaller clients
- Present work to the client at milestones throughout the production
- Ensure client expectations of service and product quality are met and exceeded
- Manage client and vendor billing
- Keep current on new trends as they relate to design and packaging development
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of account management experience
- Experience working in an agency environment with CPG clients, packaging, brand development, project management and strategic planning
- Strong communication skills, work ethic, reliable, team player
- Ability to wear multiple hats with flexible, can-do attitude
- Bachelor’s degree
- MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (general knowledge)
