Event Marketer It List agency with office in Los Angeles is looking for ORGANIZED, DETAIL-ORIENTED, SELF-STARTERS with prior event marketing/promotion agency experience a must to serve as a SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER in our LOS ANGELES

 

 

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

  • Responsible for managing experiential marketing programs independently 
  • Management of the development and implementation of promotional programs which address an existing client or potential client?s needs while achieving their goals and objectives. Duties to include budgeting, research, scheduling, presentations, etc.
  • Management of existing event marketing and promotional programs which include client contact, site negotiations, working with local market staff, sourcing and purchasing event materials, keeping an exact inventory of event materials, creating program manuals, managing program budget, processing staff invoices/expense reports and compiling program reporting for the client
  • Compile research for programs which may include appropriate venues, vendors, promotional giveaways, promotional vehicles, etc.
  • Create, reproduce, assemble and complete a variety of documents, tables, reports and forms that will be essential in the flawless execution of programs
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, passion for the event marketing and promotion industry and strong communication skills are a MUST.
  • The position requires the services of an individual who possesses a bachelor’s degree and four to five years experience managing accounts in the event marketing and promotions industry. 

Travel and night & weekend work is required.
