Moonbug is a kids’ entertainment company.

We create and distribute great children’s entertainment to kids all over the world.

Our shows are predominantly for pre-schoolers and are all created to support children’s development
– shows parents love that their kids love.
We started 3 years ago and have already grown to become the largest kids’ entertainment company on digital platforms in the world.

We own some of the most popular digital kids’ IP in the world, including CoComelon, the biggest kids show on both Netflix and YouTube, Blippi, the biggest presenter-led kids show in the world, Little Baby Bum, My Magic Pet Morphle, and many more.

We are a global company, with our two main offices based in London and Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
Oversee project calendars of the shows in development and production.

Collaborate with show producers, line producers, production managers, and creative executives and offer ass=estments on budget, production plans, and schedules.

Includes feedback on production risks and/or options that can impact staying on budget and schedule.

Work with internal teams, including post operations and development, to develop budgets and schedules.

Analyze budgets and cost reports.

Booking and researching crew positions, including making phone calls to the crew, negotiating rates, and confirming shoot requirements.

Following up with the crew on invoices and making sure all cost trackers are accurate and accounting is kept up to date on spending.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a producer/production manager or line producer.

3+ years of experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost reports.

Ability to juggle multiple large-scale projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding results.

Must be hardworking and able to work with a great team.

Proven ability to organize, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to strict schedules.

Knowledge of video production, freelance and/or broadcast news a plus.

Must be detailed oriented and resourceful.
