As a Manager you set the pace on client projects.

You will be responsible for leading projects to success and managing a team of Analyst, Consultants and Senior Consultants.

In this role, you will be the day to day point of contact gathering requirements, recommending solutions and thinking innovatively.

Work you’ll do

  • Work closely with Vice Presidents, Managing Directors and Directors to set project strategy
  • Lead Teams and coach Team Members on client and internal projects
  • Draw from experience to help solve business challenges
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teammates to find creative solutions to business problems
  • Manage projects effectively by collaborating with both internal and client stakeholders
  • Communicate deliverables to stakeholders
  • Support solution implementation

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of consulting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Direct client interaction, including possible travel to client location
  • High self-motivation, accountability and encouragement toward others
  • Exceptional independent judgement and leadership skills
  • Creative and innovative
  • Strong Project/Process management; Balance and prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Cultural flexibility/adaptability
