Senior Account Executive / Sales Manager

Primary Objective: Responsible for the overall management of the Sydney Evan Major Wholesale Department store and Ecommerce businesses.

Experienced in working at both strategic and tactical levels.

Possess the ability to pull/analyze reports, identify areas of improvement, develop strategies, and implement.

Manage regional retail coordinators by working in tandem to ensure high product turn by store location. This entails accurate product placement as well as developing/elevating associates by providing seasonal product education.   Reports and Business Analysis: Advanced Excel skills required Analyze major’s business on a weekly, monthly and seasonal level Maintain and manage customer “ROQ” inventory levels and orders Provide product feedback via monthly/seasonal best sellers reports to internal team Fiscal Responsibilities and Management: Manage trunk and consignment inventory levels Negotiate customer Co-op and marketing agreements Mitigate RTV liabilities Direct Reports include Retail Coordinator and Junior AE
