SEM associate will play an integral role managing all paid search campaigns including PLA Shopping on Google and Microsoft Bing marketing engines to implement and optimize our digital marketing strategy. This position will play huge role in driving business growth and success.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Sr. Marketing Manager to execute on SEM/Shopping/PPC initiatives Account management of pay per click accounts on Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads and other search platformsDaily monitoring and optimization of keyword bids, budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metricsExecuting tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROAS in paid search campaignsProvide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting and other facets of paid searchOptimize the effectiveness of PPC to ensure positive ROASPerform ongoing keyword research, expansion, competitive analysis, PPC related activitiesReview PPC data for keyword insights and trendsOptimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaignsProactively identify and offer solutions to reverse negative trends Coordinate with vendors and in-house teams in all areas impacting PPCWork with bid management software, Adwords editor and other leading PPC toolsReport on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for all performance metricsRequirementsAt least 2+ years of PPC experienceProven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft BingAdvanced knowledge in PPC tactics and executionIn-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Kenshoo, Marin, or similar)Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketingExperience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar)Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting skills and experience generating SEM reportsEffective written and verbal communication techniquesStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphereProven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team Sense of ownership and passion for all areas related to PPCHigh levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivationPPC experience at a large E-Commerce retailer is a plusWork Locations: 02098A Corporate Office 6100 Stevenson Blvd Fremont 94538-2453Job: Marketing & AdvertisingOrganization: Tailored Shared ServicesShift: Day Job
