Self Storage Property Manager (Part Time SFV)

Administrative Resources Corporation seeks a Part Time Store Manager for EZ Storage Self Storage Properties in The San Fernando Valley. The company has been a leader in the Self-Storage industry since 1973 and continues to offer affordable month to month storage solutions for it’s clients.?

Must be available to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday .

Must be available to work at locations in Chatsworth, Van Nuys and Burbank per the schedule.

Drug screening and a Current Non expired Government ID and or Passport are required.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Self Storage Property Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the property assigned to them.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Open and close the office each day in a timely manner.
  • Show and rent spaces.
  • Answer telephone inquiries and provide administrative assistance to tenants
  • Perform lock checks.
  • Maintain facility, clean hallways and vacated spaces.
  • Control delinquencies through phone contact and letters on a scheduled basis.
  • Perform minor maintenance as required on the property.
  • Stock and sell locks and other merchandise as directed.
  • Applicant must take and successfully pass a background check and drug test.
