This individual must be Google AdWords Certified and must thrive in fast paced, quickly evolving environments that require extreme attention to detail.

Ideal candidate is familiar with all Google/Bing advertising tactics.

Candidate must be able to coordinate across multiple vendors and resources, organizing many moving parts into a fine tuned and well planned strategy and timeline.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOUJoin an award winning, fun, creative, hands on and data driven marketing teamWe offer a competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401(k) with a company match.RESPONSIBILITIESManage day to day paid search optimization through various SEM partnersWrite, review and implement new adsCreative/Copy optimization and testingWork with Google reps on tactical and strategic plansAnalyze and report on campaign performanceWork collaboratively within Marketing Department and cross functionally across the businessFind and develop new Digital Marketing opportunitiesQUALIFICATIONS3-5 years proven SEM experience and success creating, managing, & Optimizing PPC, CPV, CPA, & tCPA campaigns across Google, Yahoo and BingDeep knowledge of Google tCPA methodologyAbility to analyze and suggest strategic/tactical changes based on a data driven methodologyExperience driving up conversion in a Lead-Gen based environmentWell-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitionExperience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Adobe Analytics, WebTrends)Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reportsFamiliarity with A/B and multivariate experimentsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSBusiness or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualificationExperience in media buying and planning across multiple channels, negotiation, creative design and process management
