They are on the cutting edge of wireless connectivity as a service on track to become the “Uber of wireless networks.” They looking to add a Channel Sales Manager to their team to assist in implementing channel organization and management for their sales team.

nn nn n nn nnThe Channel Sales Manager will connect with major channel partners and resellers across many industries.

As an expert in the company’s solutions portfolio, they will develop winning sales and marketing strategies to help resellers successfully drive revenue.

nn n nn nn Focus: nn Recruit, train, and motivate channel partners, agents, resellers, and commercial dealers to drive business revenue.

Create, manage, and implement sales process.  Collaborate with marketing department and senior team members to provide direction on partner and market requirements.

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and anticipate market changes.

Procure and manage new sales partners.

Track metrics for partners and resellers.

Identify opportunities to improve.

Provide forecasting reports and work with management to develop strategy and objectives on a quarterly and annual basis.

Conduct negotiations for partners during sales cycle.

Work with Marketing to manage Market Development Funds.

nn n nn nn Skill Set: nn 5+ years of progressive experience in partner sales, channel management, account management or another high-volume B2B sales/marketing role.

Technical understanding of the telecom industry – spanning 4G/5G and network connectivity.

Knowledge of the sales process.

·        Experience with solution-selling methodologies and technical training.

nn Motivation to meet demand in a high-growth market and capitalize on expanding opportunities for partners, distributors, and resellers within the “smart” space – i.e.

buildings, cities, grids, etc.

Ability to quickly understand a channel partners’ and resellers’ business needs and present a solution to meet their goals.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building sales skills, with strong commitment to serving channel partners and vendors.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
