SAP Test & Automation Manager in Foster City, CA (Onsite role) | Title:: Manager IT (SAP Test & Automation Manager) Type of Hire:: Contract (w2) Duration:: 12 months Job Details: Should have excellent communication and leadership skills Very good in Test Management from strategy, test planning, execution, and test exit Good expertise in Performance Testing and engagement of methodologies and software tools Should have good experience in managing Testing for a large scale SAP implementation Should have good understanding in Client ALM (Defect Management, Test Lab and Test Execution) Coordinate a large-scale testing (200-500 testers and test more than 4000 test scripts) Should be able to generate ALM status reports Should be able to design and publish reporting dash boards Define and track readiness for a Test Cycle through an established entry criteria Define and track Test Cycle execution through an established exit criteria Train the testers on ALM MF ALM Management Requirements load Build test plan Test lab Establish requirements to test traceability Test and Defect Management Monitor testing Defect triage Generate test/defect metrics create status dashboards Required Years of Experience: 8-10 Top 3 Required Skill Sets: Test Management, Test Automation, Project Management Top 3 Nice to Have Skill Sets: Hands on experience on MF ALM, implementation knowledge on Test Automation tools like TOSCA, Test Planning and execution using tools like SmartSheets, MS Projects etc.
