What You’ll Do
CTS’s SAP MM Functional Consultants like to take initiative, are passionate about delivering brilliant client service, have learning mindsets and truly enjoy working collaboratively with others.
Core modules include Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO).
As an SAP Functional Consultant you will:
• Work directly with project teams to provide remote SAP functional support, systems development, implementation and maintenance
• Understand established processes and standards, monitor the progress of tasks against the plan, and report the status to the appropriate team members as it relates to project issues
• Provide comprehensive application support, system diagnostics and repair
• Apply strong knowledge of business processes related to the design, installation, administration, and on-going maintenance of client systems
• Maintain, enhance, and manage technical environments inclusive of development, implementation, integration, and help desk services
• Research problems, separating the symptoms from the actual cause, and identify corrective measures
• Drive quality improvements across projects and processes
• Keep requirements, design, process, and other technical documentation current
• Develop root cause summary for integration-related incidents and communicate feedback to senior team members
• Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver solutions and constantly improve the quality of deliverables
• Earn trusted client status and build relationships that extend beyond the project’s lifecycle

In addition to this, you have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on SAP Functional experience in SAP MM
• A minimum of one (1) full lifecycle implementation
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
