Sales Team Manager

You will be responsible for developing and managing a team of territory based sales representatives in a growing local branch.

You will be responsible for interviewing and hiring.

You will help the team promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referral sources.

You will be responsible for attending meetings with team members and ensuring their understanding of programs and accountability for results.

You will be responsible for account management and achieving expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis.

You will be responsible for training for the team: introducing new products, offering sales promotions, helping to resolve customer issues, contract negotiation and submission, and account documentation.

Requirements We are looking for a high energy professional in the office technology and document solutions industry who has a proven track record of success managing a territory, mentoring others, and exceeding expected business results.

This person must have current experience working in the document solutions industry in a Sales or Sales Management position.

Office Technology dealership experience is highly preferred but candidates coming from manufactures will be considered as well.

(Konica, Sharp, Canon, Toshiba, Xerox) We’re looking for someone who can lead a team, someone who is positive and self-motivated and a good problem solver.
