The Sales Rep Success Manager is responsible for enabling Sales Representative partners to become more productive, efficient and targeted, allowing for increased sales activity in the market. An expert in Zurn Elkay internal processes, this position serves as a single point of contact for Sales Reps to navigate challenging business scenarios, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This key individual will reside in the West region (CA, AZ, NV) to support our sales representative partners in the region.

  • Partner with Regional Sales Manager to solve complex business scenarios. Deliver timely, accurate and complete solutions to Sales Reps and customers.  
  • Become an expert in all Zurn Elkay systems, provide virtual and on-site training and support including the onboarding of new Sales Rep associates. Create, document and communicate standard work, sharing best practices amongst all users. Provide user feedback to IT development teams for continuous system improvement.
  • Manage a pipeline of key project opportunities in the territory, identifying key stakeholders and win/loss data, creating predictive analytics on future opportunities
  • Establish standard work with Sales Reps to ensure complete Zurn Elkay quotations are delivered on time to the market in the customer’s preferred format. Leverage automation software to increase productivity.  
  • Administer territory calendar, coordinating Zurn Elkay on-site requests to avoid overbooking of Sales Rep resources
  • Deploy current selling materials to Zurn Elkay and Sales Rep associates based on strategic initiatives in the territory. Collect feedback on sales collateral effectiveness, communicating improvement opportunity or additional materials needed to the Zurn Elkay marketing team. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, marketing or engineering. Master’s degree a plus.  
  • 5+ years of experience in account management with a demonstrated history of supporting the growth of the business
  • Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, lighting or similar industry a plus
  • Previous experience supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools highly preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
