Position Purpose:Responsible to manage the process and communication efforts between internal shared services departments, field leadership and external partners to identify key areas of impact, drive sales metrics and achieve enrollment goals.
Manages the process to operationalize all strategic sales and marketing plans across all sales channels.
Accountable to utilize reporting to influence key decisions for sales and marketing efforts.
Effectively manages the communication of reporting outputs for media performance, sales goals, network development opportunities as well as overall market competitiveness.
Leader and influencer of all product recommendations and strategies for designated states.
Manages key National strategic field retail partnerships.
Manages relationships between external vendor partners and field sales.
Provides strategic oversight and dedicated partnership for field sales leaders to achieve sales goals, provide profitable outreach plans and ensure needs are met.
Provide direction, training and leadership to ensure compliance across all sales and marketing outreach efforts.
* Operationalize strategies to maximize sales opportunities, retain membership, grow market share, and improve under performing markets.
Recommends and manages process to create media strategies through collaboration with market leadership and media partners to impact sales attainment.
* Serve as liaison between key stakeholders to ensure sales efforts are aligned to achieve operational, financial and growth benchmarks.
Monitor marketing and sales activities across all channels to measure progress.
* Manage, identify, develop and nurture retail partnerships which afford markets the opportunity to conduct events, generate leads and create a stronger presence in the community.
* Provide direction and manage all Medicare prospect and sales activities, including lead tracking, disposition and allocation to improve processes and utilization of lead management tools.
* Operationalize enhanced programs and manage provider partnerships to create marketing & sales efforts to impact membership goals.
* Implement best practices and field based strategies to achieve desired sales goals..
* Train, coach, and manage performance of sales/agent staff to optimize capabilities and hit budgeted goals.

Masters Degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in sales/marketing (generalist in nature) working for or with, multi-channel organizations focused on consumer marketing; Healthcare or insurance industry, and partner-marketing experience are a plus.
Knowledge of Medicaid population and special populations per lower income households preferred.
