We organize and drive this activity system with our portfolio companies via our propulsion (operating) team at M13.
As Propulsion Program Manager, your key responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the seamless execution of that activity system.
This includes developing and executing processes, interfaces and systems that enable our portfolio companies to tap into the knowledge and resources of the broad M13 community via our bespoke services and digital playbook.

What you’ll be doing
Execute against our propulsion program vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with our overall M13 business goals, meets founder and community needs, and contributes to achieving key performance metrics for our founders
– helping our portfolio companies in the areas we provide services (talent, go to market, comms & brand, finance, data, etc.) Help connect portfolio companies connect with the right resources, people, information that they need to help accelerate their growth Identify gaps in our knowledge, operating system and work to fill those gaps by reaching across the landscape to find best practices and improve our processes; recommend and implement improvements and features Build out and report on propulsion impact and portfolio KPIs via NOTION and Visible.vc Evaluate, manage and maintain technical solutions and tools that allow us to better manage our infrastructure and portfolio management (NOTION, Visible.VC) Work closely across the M13 teams on related initiatives and objectives to support our portfolio founders
