This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships in our facilities.
Frequent referral sources include but are not limited to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior centers, and physician offices.
The Sales and Marketing Director nurtures relationships with prospective residents and their families and works with them from inquiry to move in, including follow up, scheduling tours and doing tours.
We are looking for someone with sales and business development experience.
This individual must be proficient with technology and be able to learn and utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a daily basis.
Marketer responsibilities:Explain senior living services to vendors, nursing agencies and potential clientsRelationship management (between home health agencies, DME, discharge planners, Social Services, etc.)Follow up with referral sourcesKeep detailed records of all contacts in CRMPlan and coordinate public affairs and communication efforts to include, but not limited to, public relations, health fairs, and community outreachWork with our team to plan and develop company marketing and communication materialsAnticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategies accordinglyIntimate demographic knowledge of the market areaHave a dependable vehicleSelf-motivatedStrong knowledge of social media Experience:Marketing: 4 years (Required)Sales: 4 years (Required)Senior living: 2 years (Preferred) License or certification:Driver’s License (Required) Travel:75% (Required) Benefits:Medical, dental and vision insurancePaid time offBase salary plus commission
