We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 Consultant who is passionate about solving business challenges within their area of expertise.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity, creativity and collaborate with your fellow Plus Experts as we partner to propel our clients (and each other) to success Applicants must have strong analytical skills and business vision to be able to add value to our clients by driving projects and delivering solid Dynamics CRM/365 solutions.

They should also have experience integrating external systems with Dynamics 365, planning and implementing solutions to address organizational requirement, and successfully maintaining the client relationship throughout the duration of the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team of consultants to provide these services to clients and will have the following skills/capabilities: Provide quality delivery of consultancy, through presales, demonstrations, analysis, implementation, documentation and training Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements Create functional requirement and design for customizations Accurately estimate level of effort for implementation tasks Installation, setup and configuration of Dynamics 365, associated Apps such as Marketing, Field Service and Sales, and 3rd party tools such as mscrm-addons and ClickDimensions Expertise in Custom Workflow Activity, Plugin (C#), Power Automate, JavaScript, HTML, PowerApps Portals, Canvas Apps, and Power Platform development Create technical documentation of client Dynamics 365 environments Liaising between clients and developers – act as a point of contact Advise on complex business cases and propose comprehensive solutions utilizing 3rd party applications and extending Dynamics 365 with customizations Experience with data migration/integration from external systems into Dynamics 365 Developing complex Power BI reports from multiple data sources Understanding of Microsoft Dataverse Conduct end user and administrator training Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills.

Education and Professional Qualifications 3 years’ experience implementing, developing, supporting and maintaining Dynamics 365 or relevant technical experience Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Experience with the technologies to extend Dynamics 365 such as C#, .Net, JavaScript, HTML SSIS and Scribe experience Ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels of personnel Strong client-service orientation and focus Highly confident with providing support and training end users Thorough attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to clients Experience across a variety of industries Places an emphasis on client satisfaction Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure You have what it takes to become a Plus Expert if you: Are driven by Customer Success You go the extra mile for your clients.
