Enthusiast Gaming is seeking a highly motivated seller to add to our growing US media sales and partnership team. The Sales Director is responsible for business development and will sell digital media, custom content, content creator activation, and sponsorships. This role requires a hunter mentality with extensive knowledge of the media landscape, in addition to a basic understanding of gaming and esports.

Core Responsibilities:
Drive sales for digital media, custom content, creator activations, esports sponsorships, events, programmatic direct campaigns, PMPs while meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Prospecting media agencies and clients direct, West Coast of the US (CA/OR/WA/AZ/NV). Background in clients and agency leads that buy MCN pre roll on YouTube a plus.
Maintain accurate Forecasting, budgeting for reporting and documenting journey to plan. Work with data teams to produce post reporting success metrics for clients and leadership.
Create demand and respond to RFIs & RFPs.
Heavy prospecting for new leads and gaining proactive proposals across both endemic gaming partners and fortune 500 companies.
Excellent at internal relationships – role requires cross functional collaboration. Work hand in hand with our growing Account Management and Integrated Marketing teams to shape the business from a client services perspective. Our director must maintain a collaborative and creative approach with internal teams to develop new solutions to hit success metrics.
Skills Necessary:
6+ years of sales experience in the digital media industry with established relationships at key media agencies and brand direct contacts.
A hunter’s mentality where prospecting is a daily behavior
A self-starter, problem solver and solution driver. Must enjoy working on a wide variety of projects both creative and data driven.
Experience in selling MCN YouTube pre roll, brand integrations and sponsorships.
A strong understanding of the advertising and gaming ecosystem.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple overlapping projects, and clients.
Must be a team player with a winning attitude!
