This position is specifically for someone who has 5-10 years experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care products, ideally “clean beauty” and has a deep knowledge in working with high end luxury retailers such as Sephora, Nordstrom, Verishop, etc.
Retail E-Comm experience a must.
Sales Director Job Responsibilities:
Sell products by implementing national distribution strategies.
Work collaboratively with the design team to build sales decks that are retailer and buyer specific.
Ensure all sales materials are always up to date and have the most current data and strategic sales story.
Lead and motivate regional sales teams Build and continually collaborate with direct reports on annual case and revenue plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
Work with leadership team and brokers 9if necessary) to build out and manage all retail promotional budgets and planning Work with leadership to build out quarterly and annual case forecasting and sales quotas Reverse engineer sales forecasting budgets to put strategies in place on how the company will achieve the agreed upon revenue and growth forecasts Work collaboratively to ensure all points of distribution have merchandising and field marketing plans in place and are being executed with the highest standards.
Work collaboratively with teams to ensure all sales materials are up to date at all times including materials and decks for buyers, distributors, and reps.
Maintain national review/sales cycle calendar
Our HQ is based in Los Angeles, CA and are looking for a candidate that can be present in our office at least three days a week.
