As the Sales Analytics Manager you will lead a team data scientists and analysts to support Field and Site sales Leaders of the Financial Conglomerate (FC) client segment. The FC segment is one of the fastest growing client segments withing the North American Client Group (NACG). You will be primarily responsible for partnering with Field and Site sales teams to execute on strategic initiatives and deliver key insights influence the decision-making process. You will also liaise with key business partners to understand needs and facilitates delivery of analyses and insights.

- You will manage a team of data scientists and business intelligence analysts responsible for analytical projects and initiatives
- You will partner with Field and Site Sales Senior Management to determine the business’ analytical needs and ensures the highest level of service efficiently delivered.
- You will interact with business leaders to help define business issues and makes recommendations regarding strategy development.
- You have experience in thought leadership for sales support insights and client requests.
- You will drive research initiatives on timely, relevant investment industry topics to meet business needs by staying abreast of marketplace issues and trends.
- You have developed and executed project plans by developing scope and objectives, setting milestones and target dates, identifying project participants, assembling cross-functional teams, delegating tasks, facilitating meetings, and establishing, tracking and reviewing deliverables.
- You have experience as an Analytics Manager, Data Scientist or Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
- You are proficient with SQL, R or Python, ADLS, Databricks and PySpark. Subject-matter expert in Tableau and Tableau Server.
