JOB DESCRIPTION

Robert Half International, Inc. seeks Strategic Accounts National Director in Los Angeles, CA:

 

Job Duties: Serve as the key relationship management liaison between domestic and international branches of both Robert Half and a portfolio of high-leverage customers. Anticipate and understand the client’s specific needs and offer solutions. Preserve existing business and generate new business by developing new contacts. Conduct high level client strategy meetings. Develop field rollout strategies. Act as the primary liaison to the client after the contract is signed. Oversee business development and conduct quarterly business reviews. Assist in the resolution of any major client issues that arise with the account. Understand and study market trends and know how they affect various accounts. Grow overall revenue by directly and indirectly generating starts/projects within the account, developing C-level contacts that drive long-term client retention, and serving as the leadership point of contact for the portfolio accounts to ensure consistent high-level service/delivery from all Robert Half branches. Travel and meet with key decision makers at locations where there is a need for staffing, consulting, or project-based services. Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed from anywhere in the U.S.

 

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Management, Engineering, Physics, or a closely related field plus three years of experience in the job offered or in enterprise business development/consulting in professional services industry.

 

Special Skill Requirements: 

1.           Data mining of database and analysis (3 years)

2.           Conduct meetings with C-level clients for high-level solutions capabilities (2 years)

3.           Review & analyze client annual reports, media releases and market trends (2 years)

4.           Strategic account planning, negotiation & business development (2 years)

5.           Business Intelligence tools (LinkedIn & ZoomInfo) (2 years)

6.           Market Consulting Services solutions and developing business opportunities with high-potential accounts (2 years)
