Develop Genomics Program, including clinical and operational goals, in collaboration with Physician Medical Director, geneticists, and other genetic counselors.

Identify and engage the team of core specialists who will be working with the Center of Genomics Program.

Monitor program quality on an ongoing basis and support all components of program marketing.

Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.The value you’ll bring to the team: Provides diagnosis, assessment and counseling to adult and/or pediatric patients.

Collect and analyze family pedigree and patient histories regarding potential genetic diseases Perform genetic risk calculations and educate families about potential health risks Provide patients and their families with genetic testing and interpret the results Develop, plan and implement evidenced-base strategies that increase the quality of care for pediatric and adult patients and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
