This includes: managing a team in documentation gathering and preparing responses to a large volume of information requests ongoing, reviewing documentation to ensure appropriateness and consistency prior to submitting, as well as drafting management responses and leading internal control development or enhancement projects in order to remediate identified issues.

– and post-examination activities including, but not limited to, opening meeting materials, responding to exam questionnaires, responding to loan file requests, investigating potential findings, and drafting regulatory responses.(/li((li(Identify, interpret, and apply state and federal laws and agency or investor guidance to origination and servicing business.(/li((li(Perform qualitative review of information provided in response to examinations to ensure responses are consistent, and accurate.(/li((li(Continuously evaluate risks, identify mitigating controls, develop conclusions, and enhance or develop internal controls to mitigate key risks.(/li((li(Monitor all open issues until satisfactorily resolved.
Escalate status as warranted.
Conduct formal follow-up to determine the adequacy and effectiveness of actions taken.
