This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter to make our growing revenue team even more impactful and efficient.
The Revenue Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing processes and the usage of systems in ways that help to maximize revenue efficiency.
Analyzing and monitoring various campaigns, opportunities, processes, leads, and providing suggestions to achieve based on that analysis is also key.
As a support role, communicating with various members and teams is essential.
Please note: This position can be remote and must be located on the West Coast
Essential Functions:
Assist on operational aspects of key revenue systems (marketing automation, CRM, Outreach) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads Establish, document and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management Help optimize Revenue efficiency by using systems and processes Monitor campaigns, leads, opportunities to optimize performance based on industry best practices Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements Present analysis and findings to a variety of key stakeholders Support multiple revenue generating departments with day to day CRM needs Receive training, coaching, feedback, and guidance from the Director of Revenue Operations
Other duties:
Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact Proactively engage with the Operations team to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper stress testing techniques to support multiple departmental improvements Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize sales and marketing team performance Other duties as assigned
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required Salesforce CRM experience required At least 2 years of related experience Hands on experience with marketing and sales automation systems Experience in sales and customer service preferred BI Tool, Product Usage Tools or Excel experience preferred
