Established Los Angeles Based Property Management Firm is seeking an enthusiastic individual for an onsite property manager in the Hawthorne area.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of assigned property but not limited to the following:
Rent Collection
Inspect and arrange maintenance requests as needed
Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
Negotiate lease/contracts in a timely manner
Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants

Requirements: *
A minimum of 2 years of property management experience needed overseeing 50+ unit building.
GED or HS Diploma
Driver’s license and a car, this is a MUST
Bilingual in Korean preferred
