Retail Sales Consultant

Bridge is a retail distribution partner for a Fortune 100 telecommunications company, and we are actively seeking talented sales professionals to join our growing team! We are expanding our operation significantly over the next 12 months – advancement opportunities are abundant!

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Engage customers and explore their internet, television, and phone needs.
  • Present a personalized solution that meets their unique needs.
  • Address questions and concerns; ask for the sale.
  • Enter sales orders into a simple tablet based point-of-sale system.
  • Accurately complete a one-page customer agreement form.
  • Follow-up with customers via phone, text, or email to ensure sales order install.

Additionally, Retail Sales Consultants will be expected to:

  • Work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene.
  • Wear a company-provided branded uniform shirt.
  • Interact with coworkers in a positive manner.
  • Follow directions and work rules.
  • Accept constructive feedback.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum one year experience in retail industry, telecommunications industry, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one year experience in sales related position preferred.

Language Skills:

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to communicate effectively, tactfully, and courteously in an informative and persuasive manner.
  • Must be able to successfully handle and diffuse difficult/angry customers.
  • Bilingual ability (English & Spanish) preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Standing for long periods of time.
  • May be required to lift up to 20 pounds

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
