As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will:
- Engage customers and explore their internet, television, and phone needs.
- Present a personalized solution that meets their unique needs.
- Address questions and concerns; ask for the sale.
- Enter sales orders into a simple tablet based point-of-sale system.
- Accurately complete a one-page customer agreement form.
- Follow-up with customers via phone, text, or email to ensure sales order install.
Additionally, Retail Sales Consultants will be expected to:
- Work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene.
- Wear a company-provided branded uniform shirt.
- Interact with coworkers in a positive manner.
- Follow directions and work rules.
- Accept constructive feedback.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Work Experience:
- Minimum one year experience in retail industry, telecommunications industry, or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum one year experience in sales related position preferred.
Language Skills:
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to communicate effectively, tactfully, and courteously in an informative and persuasive manner.
- Must be able to successfully handle and diffuse difficult/angry customers.
- Bilingual ability (English & Spanish) preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Standing for long periods of time.
- May be required to lift up to 20 pounds
