As the organization continues to be one of the fastest growing offices within the enterprise, we are seeking a motivated Insurance Case Manager to join the team.

The Insurance Case Manager serves as the liaison between financial advisors, external case contacts, underwriters, clients, and policyowner services throughout the insurance underwriting process.

The ideal candidate will have superb organization, exceptional attention to detail, and high ownership of responsibilities.

This is a critical, deadline-driven role in an organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing new business applications to contract issuance.

Promptly responding to inquiries from advisors, internal departments, Home Office and management.
Act as relationship manager for multiple advisors and serve as main contact point for all communication leading to application submission.
Once risk assessment has been determined by Underwriting, review file for completeness as it pertains to outstanding requirements.

Upon completeness, issue a contract and prepare for delivery.
Manage requests for case status from advisors, new business and as needed, correspond with other insurance carriers to resolve outstanding requirements.
Case submitting, assembly and mailing of policy contracts, filing documentation to case files, photocopying documents, reports and tracking.
Respond appropriately to inquiries regarding items such as policy status, provisions and benefits, premiums and billing problems, coverage, and pre-sale illustrations.
Client communication as needed – scheduling medicals, collecting insured data, and follow-up.
Run illustrations and in-force ledgers.
Complete risk product (POS) service requests such as name and address changes, beneficiary changes, updates to Insurance Service Accounts to facilitate the collection of payments, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Possess strong communication skills with high level of professionalism.
Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
Sturdy work ethic and ability to work with a sense of urgency.
Effective interpersonal, analytical and negotiation abilities required.
Ability to create and maintain strong and effective client/business relationships.
Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years of customer service experience in the life insurance industry required
Life Insurance License required

Pay: $50,000.00
– $75,000.00 per year
