Vice President

Company is seeking a Vice President. The position reports to the Managing Director of LCS, who will provide overall direction regarding prioritization of target lists, utilization of time and performance feedback.
The Vice President for LCS will play a key role in driving the continued, high growth of our consulting practice, by uncovering and winning new opportunities through business development and lead creation strategies within targeted accounts. This individual will develop and grow relationships with new and existing customers to successfully meet or exceed assigned personal and team revenue targets. This role contributes as a thought leader and subject matter expert and serves as an essential support mechanism in business development and client growth. Specific responsibilities include: ‘ Achieve monthly and annual performance objectives (individual and team performance metrics) ‘ Develop strategic account plans for targeted key accounts ‘ Develop weekly forecasts and database management ‘ Contract and pricing negotiations ‘ Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management on events, product launches and market feedback ‘ Contribute to expand corporate business development and territory strategy ‘ Executes on the business development and strategic goals set for LCS ‘ Promote corporate values through leadership and frequent education of field team ‘ Promotes and supports an inclusive work environment where diversity and inclusion are championed ‘ Supports and encourages adoption of the Robert Half Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and the Corporate Compliance and Ethics Program

Requirements

Requirements: ‘ 5+ years of relevant personal business development or management experience in the legal industry ‘ Consistently ranked as top performer in prior roles ‘ Demonstrated success in developing relationships and capturing business opportunities with legal departments and law firms. ‘ Successfully worked with C-Level executives, attorneys, and litigation support professionals ‘ Large client base of law firm and corporate contacts ‘ Proven ability and success closing deals and moving a company strategy forward to meet performance objectives ‘ Effective business development forecasting and database management ‘ Independent, entrepreneurial, and results-focused ‘ Must have a high sense of urgency and responsiveness in line with industry and client demand ‘ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, professionalism, excellent people and time management skills ‘ BA or BS required (legal background or degree a plus) ‘ Strong communication skills ‘ A strong success driven ‘ Up to 25% domestic travel may be required, dependent upon company guidelines and federal, state and local requirements.
