We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee all aspects of the Front of House during his or her shift.

What you will do…
The Restaurant & Bar Manager reports directly to the General Manager and supports the General Manager and Executive Chef in all aspects of Front of House Food & Beverage Operations.
Specifically, the Restaurant Manager will run 5 floor shifts per week and during this time ensure that the floor is running like a well-oiled machine, that the staff are safe and taken care of, and that guests expectations are exceeded.
In addition to floor management, this individual will oversee all aspects of the bar, including bar back & bartender hiring and training, ordering, inventory, cocktail creation, cost control, etc.
This Position is for you if you…
Exude genuine hospitality Have prior experience as a floor manager in high
– volume, upscale dining establishments, including extended tenure at each location of at least 2-5 years Have a background in bartending and bar management Are a lover of all things beverage and are passionate about helping to create and maintain an incredible drink menu Are a leader.
A lot of people will be looking to you for guidance Inspire them and hold them accountable to do their jobs well Are ready to work all shifts.
You will be working weekends, holidays, and all kinds of other days.
