The Reset Supervisor is responsible for supervising a group of Reset Specialists and Reset Project Coordinators in the Merchandising/Sales throughout a region.

Shift & Schedule:

This is a full-time position based in Vernon, Riverside or Concord facility.

Travel throughout the Region is required and sometimes overnight in the BU.

The standard schedule will be from Monday
– Friday.

Additional flexibility to support potential service issues including early morning service calls as required.

Position Responsibilities
Coordinate labor for reset projects with 3rd party merchandising companies and/or branches based on requests from Retailer HQ, Regional Account Executives, Branch Manager or Manager
Build effective relationships with Retail HQ personnel in the course of executing resets; assure customer satisfaction.
Resolve issues with Retailers or Regional Account Executive when they are not satisfied with a reset.
Assist in creating planograms using IRI, Margin Miner or POS data and coordinating resets with regional customers.
Review invoices from vendors against assigned reset schedule, audit for any billing issues and approve in Esker.
Performs necessary transactions and completes all necessary reporting requirements supporting month end closing process.
Assist and conduct inspections of resets occasionally.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required
2 years of prior reset experience, retail merchandising and/or sales experience in grocery, mass, drug, or big box retailers required.
2 years’ experience of project administration / coordination
2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
JDA and IRI experience is a plus
A team player, with the ability to work well across different organizational boundaries at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical, written and oral communication, organizational and time management skills
Ability to be punctual, thrive in a fast-paced environment; anticipate needs and be proactive in resolving issues; and follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures
Ability to travel throughout the Region to different customer sites (up to 200 miles per day)
Lift, push, and pull a minimum of with or without reasonable accommodations
Order equipment and marketing supplies.
