BEN’s TubeBuddy: Director, Paid Media

This role will give you the opportunity to help creators optimize and grow their audience, learn the YouTube algorithm and be in the forefront of the creator economy!

We are hiring a performance marketing manager to manage ALL of our marketing channels inclusive of Facebook, Google, and others as we see fit..

The ideal candidate is data-driven, exhibits a growth mindset, proactively communicates and enjoys building and collaborating.

We expect you to run all of our paid media, be in charge of reporting, conduct new experiments and become the best in the world at educating creators on how to grow their channels.

In addition, you’ll be in charge of creative testing, weekly/monthly reporting, attribution handling and becoming our SME in all paid media.

You’ll partner with our content and brand teams on creative, and partner closely with lifecycle and affiliate marketing teams on the best way to move forward..

You’ll be reporting to our VP of growth and working directly with many of our leadership team.

You’ll be expected to wear many hats, so the ability to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity is highly appreciated..

Preferred locations are NY/LA but remote for the right person!.

Responsibilities.

Hands on keyboard campaign management on Facebook, Google and Google Display and secondary platforms such as Twitter, Tiktok and others as needed.

Structure weekly experiment and hyper targeted growth campaigns.

Be our SME on attribution and provide thoughts about incrementality tests, data driven attribution and others..

Weekly and monthly reporting of paid media campaigns across all channels that will be used to share learning across our entire.

Leverage customer data to create and segment audiences.

Work with content/brand and external agencies on creative.

Educate and influence leadership and team members across the board using campaign and consumer data.

Qualifications and Skills.

Growth mindset: You are not expected to know everything but learning and teaching yourself what you do not know is required.

Passion or interest in Youtube/Social Media and the creator economy a BIG PLUS.

2-4 year marketing experiences including 2+ year managing paid media campaigns and event driven advertising.

Experience with A/B testing, data analysis and campaign optimization.

Familiarity with Facebook and Google ads and willingness to learn new platforms.

Strong Data Management Skill is a must with the ability to work with Google Analytics and other data tools as needed..

Proficient in excel and Google Spreadsheets
