Job Title: Renewal Manager
Job Location: Remote, US.

Day to Day:
Candidate will be responsible for the management of contract renewal with existing customers.
The role will mostly consist of creating quotes to replace existing contracts.
They will work on batches of contracts to create quotes with new terms and skus within a specific timeframe.
They will be responsible for communicating with the operations department on process and the account management teams or partners who will interface with customers.
They will go over the terms and conditions, make any necessary changes/modifications requested by the partner or account team, and secure all of the necessary quote approvals.
They will also be responsible for pulling reports and analyzing current data associated to the customer.
Top Skills: –
1) Previous experience with Salesforce products/applications.
2) Previous experience with Contract Renewal or Renewal Management
3) Comfort and knowledge of working with and interfacing with customers and account management teams. Importance of making this process as streamlined as possible.
Other skills preferred/needed:
An individual that is highly organized, agile, and very detail oriented will be successful. Previous Sales experience and negotiation skills a benefit.
