The Marketing Manager position is responsible for managing a non-stop flow of marketing projects from ideation to execution-and every detail in between.

About the Role:
Heads up project management for company-wide marketing initiatives Audit current project management system and process for improvement (Asana) Research and development of project management platform reflecting best practices Maintaining company-wide creative request form process Review, intake, task, and calendar creative request forms Respond to inquiries as needed (confirmation of receipt, request for additional info, etc) Work directly with teams to understand project needs, gather assets, assess deliverables, and calendar deadlines.

Work with designer(s) to task and provide oversight on projects QC and delivery of project deliverables Track and manage project budgets Coordinate vendor communication: photographers, printers, etc (coordinating and receiving projects) Coordinate product samples for shoots, content creation, and partnerships Maintain sample inventory (be the point person to receive samples, distribute samples, and review sample / maintain calendars) Maintaining digital art assets on dropbox Manage and execute interdepartmental collateral support (print items, business cards, et cetera) Coordinate campaign and content photoshoots as needed Organize incoming photography from campaign and content vendors Maintain communication with both internal and external partners Provide notes and feedback to all ongoing projects in order to push projects forward to completion and work across departments Traffic approvals across departments on seasonal and monthly projects Escalate and reschedule projects based on needs and priorities Role will be based in LA with hybrid scheduling.
