Regional Vice President Channel Sales – Remote

The RVP Channel Sales is responsible for managing channel strategy and development.

The RVP Channel Sales will also be responsible for ongoing competitive intelligence and multi-channel lead generation strategies.

As an RVP Channel Sales, a Typical Day Might Include the Following:

  • Manages the Master Agencies and direct referral channel partner relationship, channel strategy and development.
  • Conducts ongoing competitive intelligence, research, and trend evaluation and adjusts strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace for use by channel and corporate marketing teams.
  • Develops and executes clearly defined, multi-channel lead generation strategies that support consistent business growth and enhance brand equity and awareness in the channel.
  • Serves as the key link between the Channel and corporate marketing in the development of integrated multi-media plans to ensure branding, public relations, social media, digital, mobile, products, and programs are optimized for individual channel performance and are in alignment with our multi-channel growth strategy.
  • Analyzes existing marketing plans to ensure they are well designed to assist in market share gain, revenue growth, and profit growth.
  • Creates campaigns/materials to drive activity specific to each channel of distribution.

    Including partner sponsored seminars, webinars, sales contests and trade shows.

  • Program Management for Channel Lead Development
  • Creation of gamification program for regional and national contests to grow and track new generated leads.
  • Build/Package channel lead generation program based on NICE CXOne program successes.
  • Capitalizes on channel value proposition and differentiation to support field operations.
  • Provide leadership to individuals on team(s) through coaching, feedback, development goals, and performance management.
  • Prioritize, assign and manage department activities and projects in accordance with the Operations departments goals and objectives.

    Adjust hours of work, priorities and staff assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on workload.

  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring and firing for the department.
  • Follow the company Code of Ethics and NICE CXOne policies and procedures at all times.
  • Communicate in an effective and professional way with customers in and outside of NICE CXOne

To Land This Gig Youll Need:

  • 12+ years sales or channel sales experience or equivalent experience within NICE CXOne.
  • Extensive understanding of the Master Agencies.

    Having worked in and for a Master, its sub agent partners at an executive level or competing supplier in a similar role.

  • 5+ years experience managing high performing teams.
  • Previous experience in telecom, call center, software, or hardware industries.
  • Experience in relationship management.
  • Experience in working independently with little or no direct supervision on site.

Bonus Experience:

  • SAAS selling experience.
  • Background in selling a customer experience (CX) solution.
