What You Will Be Doing Responsible for directing, planning, controlling the region to attain sales and profit objectives across fresh and center store departments, branded and private brands, current and prospective customers.

This position will develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers along with engaging in new business development activities Manage all aspects of sales and marketing in the assigned region Meet and/or exceed regional annual sales targets Meet regional sales financial objectives by driving revenues while managing costs Establish sales objectives by creating sales plans by product and by customer, leveraging all platforms Oversee and optimize broker network Maximize retail shelf, virtual shelf, and display presence, and insure implementation of promotional plans Participate in product forecasts and provide incremental product demand requirements Collect and analyze market and consumer data to participate in strategic business planning for the brands Understand organizational policies and effectively interface with company personnel
– exercise Team Principles What You Need for this Position Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the retail food industry, seed to fork Demonstrable history delivering superior results in high performance environments Branded and Private Brand experience required, fresh & center store experience preferred 5 years of experience in retail food industry (preferred) Proven leadership skills, driven to win Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent virtual meeting engagement skills Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills Strong financial and analytical skills, superb organizational skills BA/BS degree preferred Travel
