Vice President, Client Success Requester Solutions

Overview

This position is responsible for projecting, planning, communicating, and executing account management functions to provide for quality customer service and high customer satisfaction for the Requester Solutions business segment.

This job focuses on customer service, growing, strengthening, and retaining client relationships, while working closely with the broader sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Increase adoption of the Smart Request platform by Patient Authorized, Professional Requesters
  • Identify and embed the technology – via API into the leading technology platforms used by this segment, such as Case Management Software platforms, etc., and help drive partnerships to grow the Requester base.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales and Operations leaders to highlight the value of the Smart Request platform to customers and position it as a differentiator.
  • Support Regional Sales and Operations leaders to leverage the Smart Request platform as a way to enhance the Requester experience.
  • Participate in local and National meetings and conferences to promote the capabilities and drive adoption of the platform.
  • Position Smart Requests suite of features and capabilities to increase adoption, and traffic through the platform.
  • Position the company’s Managed Services capabilities and support the pull-through Retrieval Solutions and services (managed Services)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years management or sales experience in a healthcare environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Information Management, Communications or other related field or equivalent work experience
  • Professional office/customer service experience
  • Proficient in Excel/pivot table knowledge
  • Must be a self starter
  • Must be proactive, a leader, and have a positive outlook/outgoing personality
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Must be willing to learn new equipment and new processes quickly
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Must have excellent leadership and good decision making skills
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
