Position Objective: Achieve annual bookings, revenue, and margin targets for Regional New Unit, Regional Retrofits, and Aftermarket business Key Responsibilities: Primary role to focus on TX, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL end users, OEMs, and distributors.

Will assume the Key Account Management role for certain applicable OEMs Achieves regional sales operational objectives; preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan in support of national objectives.

Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities and developing new or existing sales distributors and reps.

Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.

Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Key Process Indicators (KPIs) Owned: Bookings Revenue Margin Proper CRM Utilization Supervison Exercised: Regional Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, and Inside Sales Dotted line responsibilities for the Regional Applications Engineers Technical Requirements: Communication skills Problem analysis and solving Strategic thinking and planning Organizational and planning skills Judgment Attention to detail Negotiating skills Creativity Team player Stress tolerance Customer orientation Presentation skills Knowledge/Experience : A minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience is desired, preferably in the Energy industry Experience with filtration product in a Sales, Estimating, or Project Management capacity is a plus Must articulate a full understanding of filtration on rotating equipment Exhibit solid business acumen including the ability to interpret and analyze blueprints, estimate preparation, presentation and proposal Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task Strong organizational skills with aggressive follow-through and closing skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong Microsoft office skills Motivated, responsive and customer focused with high level of attention to detail Education Requirement : Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
